You know, I have talked to Mickster in the past. In fact, he was quite helpful. The thing with Mickster is that, you're right, completely unprofessional. But from person experience, he was nice to me and actually had personality. Better than an automaton, usually. Looks like he's a stickler for cuss words. lol.

Like others in the service industry my response is just wow!
When interacting with a customer, especially a paying customer, one must listen, respond courteously and respectfully and be helpful.
By following this rule one creates happy, loyal and paying customers and sometimes even new friends.
(I am rereading The Mallorean - Eddings and now I sound like a wolf.)
