| I don't even root for France, but it is certainly disappointing. They play like a piece of crap. Where's the Champion from 1998?

| WOOHOO GERMANY!!
Shame though, even though I root for Germany, the ref has made some bad calls.
Again, should've been 2-2 honestly, it would've been a different game with slightly different morale.
And I saw one of England's offense got messed up but the ref dumbly standing there between them, and touched the ball with the tip of his foot. Shouldn't have been there. | |

| The biggest sporting event in the world, (bar the Olympics), and they can't employ the use of electronic equipment to ensure the correct calls are made. It's time football (FIFA) caught up with the rest of the sporting world. | |

| Yep, Argentina-Germany is going to be awesome. Both teams are so capable and so confident. Pity it has to occur in the Quarters! | |

| And the first Shoot-out of this World Cup. Japan is one shot out of luck with Komano, but played a pretty decent game with Paraguay. | |

| I agree ... was sorry to see Japan go out that way (penalties). They're looking a great side. (A few taller players would help with the corner kicks though) | |
